A recent anti-illegal drug operation in Brgy 23-C Davao City gained ground anew in the anti-criminality campaign.

This resulted to the arrest of a certain Roberto Orquillas Jr., a top 7 most wanted for illegal drugs in the region and cohort Jo Ann Escalera.

They will face violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165.

On June 21, 2022, Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Police Station 5 together with elements of RPDEU 11, CMFC, and the City Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the operation that led to the seizure of P248,000 worth of shabu.

“This definitely a huge achievement to neutralize their operation in their area. Congratulations to our personnel for a job well done,” PNP OIC Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr. said.
