Invitation to Bid

The PNP Heaquarters Support Service is inviting all interested dealers/suppliers and contractors to participate in the bidding for the procurement of office, other supplies and equipment; and, repair and maintenance of office building, equipment and government vehicles.

Specifications and bidding documents may be obtained on September 11, 2012 at the Procurement Office, HSS, Camp Crame, Quezon City.
Receipt and Opening of Bids - September 13, 2012 at 9:00 AM, HSS Conference Room, Camp Crame, Quezon City

The Provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations, shall govern all particulars relative to the Eligibility, Bid Bond, Pre-Bid Conference, Bid Evaluation and Awarding of Contracts.

Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any defect or any formality and award the contract to the bidder whose bid, as evaluated by the BAC, is the most advatageous to the PNP.
