PNP e-Rogues

The e-Rogue Gallery System is a web-based information system with a data entry and storage of details and pictures of the arrested persons.

This database enables the PNP to easily and quickly identify persons thru their stored pictures including with Warrant of Arrest.

The PNP e-Rogue Gallery System was developed by PNP Information Technology Management System (ITMS) for Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM) as the office primary responsible for the implementation of this project and being supervised by the  Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM).

How the system works?

The primary contents of the e-Rogue are collection MUG SHOTS of wanted persons with warrant of arrest, and arrested persons for an offense.  These data shall be approved by the Chief of Office for encoding/uploading by the different PNP Units/Offices who are contributors to the e-Rogue.

At the receiving end, users may search and request for these data providing them with a digital copy of MUG SHOTS which may subsequently be printed and reproduced.
